Teaching Facilities
The Roscoff Biological Station has high-performance reception facilities open to both French and international researchers for research projects carried out in collaboration with its teams or for independent projects.
Services for scientific visitors
- Equipped laboratories: 1 wet laboratory with running seawater, 2 dry laboratories for Observation and Molecular Biology
- Marine facilities and resources: research vessels, collection of marine fauna and flora, provision of cultured biological models
- Technical platforms: imaging, bioinformatics, sequencing, mass spectrometry, crystallography
- On-site accommodation and catering
Submitting a visit request
For any scientific stay, whether independent or in collaboration with a research team from the Roscoff Biological Station, please complete the EMBRC France form, which will give you access to the full range of services available for hosted research.
If the project team includes several participants, the form only needs to be completed once by the project coordinator.

A response regarding the feasibility of your stay will be provided as soon as possible by the EMBRC France Scientific Reception Service.
