- La dynamique des populations de macroalgues et des communautés associées
-Suivi couplé métabolisme/diversité/réseaux trophiques des communautés intertidales dominées par des fucales
-Dynamique de la dégradation de Laminaria hyperborea et de ses effets sur les écosystèmes puits (thèse de Florian de Bettignies, 2016-2019, co-encadrement Pr Patrick Dauby, Univ. Liège)
-Développement d'un système de mesure in situ de la productivité des grandes algues (laminaires) (post-doctorat de Lydia White, 2018-2020)
