X-Reg

The X-Reg project focuses on the cross-regulation of gene expression involved in marine bacteria during the use of alginate and carrageenan, two polysaccharides that are respectively predominant in brown and red algae. In this study, we focus on the bacterial degrader Zobellia galactanivorans.
