Team ECOPHY - Ecophysiology of Marine Invertebrates
The team takes a hologenomic approach, which considers the organism and its associated microbiota, as well as the different levels of interaction between them. The team focuses on species that have biological, societal, and economic importance, such as shellfish and other invertebrates that are commercially harvested for food
Main topic: ecological physiology of marine invertebrates and mechanisms underlying the ability of marine invertebrates to acclimate and adapt to changes in their environment.
