I am a researcher specialising in the study of algal-bacterial interactions and their relationship to the algal environment. I mainly use (meta)genomics, (meta)transcriptomics, and metabarcoding approaches, as well as metabolic networks, to study these interactions. My focus is on brown algal hosts such as Ectocarpus, Saccharina latissima, and Ascophyllum nodosum.
