  • Responsabilité des suivis à long terme de deux communautés benthiques (sites Pierre Noire et Rivière de Morlaix) et de la biodiversité en Baie de Morlaix.
  • Responsabilité scientifique de deux bases de données : « Inventaires de la flore et de faune marines de Roscoff » et « Benthobs » (données de suivis benthiques de l’observatoire).
  • Conseil et expertise dans des programmes de recherche nationaux et pour les actions d’accueil scientifique.
  • Implication dans des activités transversales : réseaux d’experts en observation benthique (BenthOBS) et en taxonomie, formations continues
