Molecular ecologist, I am focusing on function and diversity of parasitic protists infecting metazoan hosts, in order to assess their ecological relevance and impact on ecosystem dynamics in the context of environmental change.

MAJOR CURRENT RESEARCH PROJECTS:

2025-2027: EC2CO CNRS Microbien EPATANT. Project:

2022-2026 : ANR JCJC PANIC. Project : Role of the pathobiome in the infection by an exotic protist parasite in clams populations

2020-2022 : Projet EC2CO Microbien Thrausto. Project : Ecological role of Thraustochytrids (Stramenopiles) associated to clam populations.

2016-2020 : ANR Accueil chercheur de haut niveau (ACHN) PARASED. Project : Functionnal ecology of protist parasites in benthique compartment.
