RESEARCH INTERESTS
I am interested in developing mathematical models and simulation programs to test evolutionary hypothesis in population genetics. More specifically, I studied, during my Master, the theoretical conditions allowing for maintenance and diversification of the self-incompatibility system in Angiosperms. I am currently studying, during my PhD thesis, the effect of partial selfing on the evolution of recombination by developing mathematical models and simulation programs and by analysing genomic data from experimental evolution in Caenorhabditis elegans.
