Director of Research (DR1, CNRS), she is scientific responsible of the crystallography platform in Roscoff, and she has headed the marine glycobiology group until december 2024. She has more than 30 years of experience in structural biology and 17 years in marine microbiology. She is internationally recognized for her work on structure-function relationship of marine carbohydrate active enzymes (>50 articles) and was workpackage-leader of many European large collaborative projects, such as PolyModE (2009-2013), CellulosomePlus (2014-2017) or GENIALG (2016-2021). Since more than 15 years she is also coordinating a beam-time allocation group for access to SOLEIL and ESRF synchrotron beamlines.
