Kisff - Kinase Inhibitor Specialized Screening facility
Platform dedicated to characterizing the bioactivity of compounds against therapeutic targets, namely protein kinases
The specialized inhibitor screening platform, KISSf (Kinase Inhibitor Specialized Screening), provides a medium-throughput service for evaluating the bioactivity of chemical compounds. Analyses performed on a selected panel of protein kinases make it possible to assess the therapeutic potential of molecules of interest. KISSf’s expertise has enabled the evaluation and identification of numerous compounds involved in cellular mechanisms, particularly in mitosis and programmed cell death. The platform’s work, focused on the fields of biology and health, therefore aims to identify future drug candidates.
KISSf’s mission is to identify new kinase targets and develop enzymatic or interaction assays to conduct molecular screening campaigns. The platform has expertise in the automated expression and purification of recombinant proteins produced in insect cells.
How can you submit a project?
- Equipment access, training, collaborative funding projects, contract services, etc. To submit a project to the KISSf platform, please send an email to kissf@sb-roscof.fr.
- Requests will then be formalized through an electronic form to be completed.
