PhD

My PhD focuses on the study of adaptation, particularly in populations situated at the edge of the species’ range distribution (range margins). For that purpose, I am taking both an experimental approach using a species of kelp (Laminaria digitata) and a theoretical approach which focuses mostly on the evolution of sexual and/or asexual reproduction within a specie’s range distribution, or during range expansion etc.
