research interests

  • Describe the seasonal and interannual patterns of the protist community at the SOMLIT-Astan time-series station;
  • Analyse the diversity through metabarcoding (V4 Illumina sequencing of the nuclear 18S rDNA) and morphologic data;
  • Environmental factors influencing the succession of species;
  • Investigate biotic interaction through network analyses.
