From Chile to France, this movie explores the history, economic and scientific potential of underwater forests of brown algae (kelps) to build a new type of sustainable agriculture, maintain biodiversity or fight against global warming.

This documentary highlights the research work carried out in collaboration between the Biological Station of Roscoff and the University of Santiago (in particular via IRL 3614) on these underwater forests of brown algae.
