Molecular Biology Engineer (CNRS)

My main mission is the management of the molecular biology department of my Unit (Roscoff), I am the referent person for the Chilean molecular biology departments (Santiago and Valdivia).

I optimize and I perform molecular analysis protocols in the context of different research projects focused on the genetics of populations of algae species. In addition to the research, development and optimization of new molecular markers, I am implementing new Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) techniques to respond to the evolution of research topics from unity to genomics populations.
