  • Ecologie isotopique - Utilisation du traçage isotopique naturel et enrichi (13C, 15N) pour
  1. la détermination de l'origine et le devenir des différentes sources de matière organique dans différents types de réseaux trophiques côtiers (milieux rocheux intertidaux, forêts de laminaires, zones portuaires, vasières intertidales, marais salés, estuaires,...)
  2. la caractérisation de l'architecture et du fonctionnement trophiques (modèles isotopiques multisources) de systèmes diversifiés.

 

  • Etudes comparatives de réseaux trophiques littoraux et côtiers, de même nature, caractérisés par des situations écologiques contrastées d'origines anthropiques diverses.

 

  • Suivis isotopiques à long terme des réseaux trophiques en milieux meubles et rocheux (Observation baie de Morlaix) – Objectif : appréhender la stabilité des réseaux, la plasticité trophique, ou la diversité des voies de transfert de matière au sein de ces habitats sur le long terme.
