Research interests
Administer and analyze the eco-morpho-genetic data sets produced by the Tara Oceans research program and several medium and long-term satellite projects (Tara Polar Circle, Tara Pacific, Plankton Planet, UniEuk), as well as the temporal monitoring of local plankton (SOMLIT Astan).
Since 2019: Treasurer of the association Plankton Planet France

2012-2016:
• PhD thesis at the Roscoff Biological Station in the team of C. de Vargas (CNRS / UPMC): "Molecular ecology of eukaryotic symbiosis of planktonic ecosystems in the photic zone of the oceans".
