The aim of this project is to describe the communities present in several marinas of two different regions (Brest, Atlantic and Marseille, Mediterranean) and to identify the environmental parameters conditioning the species distribution and individual stress. We will simulate (in situ and in aquaria) different Climate Change scenarios to observe the individual and community response to increasing heat. We will especially focus on Non-Indigenous Species (NIS) and their place in the ecosystem.
During and after my oceanography Master at the Sorbonne Science, I mainly focused on predation in tropical marine environments. I worked at the Leibniz Centre for Tropical Marine Research (ZMT), focusing on anti-predator behaviour in Indonesian fish and investigated for the National Agency of National Parcs of Gabon (ANPN) the nursery potential of rocky lagoons in Gabon (Africa).
