Poster presentations

  • Your poster will be assigned to one of two poster sessions planned during the conference.  
    • Monday 7 june, 16:00 - 18:00 - People with last name starting by A to J
    • Wednesday 9 june, 16:00 - 18:00 - People with last name starting by K to Z
  • Sessions will take place on the first floor of the Hotel de France
  • Dimensions of available panels are as follows:
    • 34 panels : 1.00 m width by 1.50 m height.  
    • 20 panels : 0.90 m width by 1.20 m height
    • Please plan your poster to fit into this space. (preferably 0.90 m width by 1.20 m height)
  • The poster should include besides the scientific content
    • Title
    • List of authors with affiliation
    • A picture of the presenting author
  • No photographing of posters is allowed at Gordon Conferences
