Probes for eukaryotic protists and cyanobacteria

This database contains primers and probes targetting ribosomal RNA of eukaryotic protists (mostly photosynthetic) and of cyanobacteria. This contrasts to the other databases that focus on prokaryotes (see links below). These probes are either published or still in development. People interested in the probes in development are encouraged to contact the team currently developping the probes.
These probes are available for one or several the following applications:

	Normal PCR for cloning and Sequencing Quantitative PCR
Probes
	FISH (fluorescent in situ hybridization) on filter detected by microscopy FISH in liquid phase detected by flow cytometry Dot blot hybridization
